Add login / session support to sample blog

It would be nice to demonstrate a few more capabilities in the sample app. We could add a fifth part to the tutorial.

I did some initial research into this, but I'm not sure I kept notes. I remember commenting about base64.encode versus Array.pack on either IRC or the mailing list.
