Sequel inflector may block Waves inflector
Reported by ab5tract | July 2nd, 2008 @ 01:28 PM
Though just recently noticed during the shift to a modular inflection mechanism (by shifting the english inflector into layers/inflect/english), this bug may be as old as Waves itself. I noticed it when attempting to write my own inflect layer.
The rules I wrote were applied to strings when running the #plural method I had defined, but #pluralize method overrides my rules with the built-in Sequel inflector. Since there is no functional difference between the english layer and my custom layer (only rules have changed), Sequel may also ignore the english layer's rules.
