rake cluster:start fails silently when no log dir

Waves::Server#daemonize was trying to write the pidfile into ./log after calling Daemonize.daemonize. The default config has no logfile named, using $stderr instead. This caused Daemonize to redirect everything to /dev/null.
Fixed for now by moving the pidfile write before the daemonization.
