Replacing model without asking or warning

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. waves foo
2. cd foo
3. Configure default.rb (as suggested by the tutorial)
4. rake generate:model name=entry
did some work in Entry model
by mistake
rake generate:model name=entry
That replace the existing Entry model without asking me to replace or even
without any warning
I am using ubuntu

The change to layers has obviated the current generators. I'm commenting them out for the 0.7.5 release and opening a ticket for creating some that work.
