Need specs for the utility monkeypatches

also consider combining monkey patches into modules under Waves::Utilities so that we can have less top level constants in Rdoc.

Put all monkeypatching in modules, except for Symbol#/.
Sequel defines Symbol#/ in a module, and we have to do a straight-up monkeypatch to get there first.
We may wish to look into just using
"#{whatever}/#{dude}"for file paths, as it seems that File and FileUtils handle that in a platform-specific way.
