Non-MVC foundations noodling
ResponseProxy, which is slated to become Resource or something like that, is very MVC specific. If we ever start playing with non-MVC application foundations, we will probably need to make the ResponseProxy/Resource class be a layer so it can be swappable in a Foundation.
