samples/blog: "/entry/#{@entry.name}/edit" is a 404

- May or may not be specific to JRuby 1.1.3 w/ Sequel::JDBC::Postgres & jdbc-postgres gem. If so it..
..would be nice to fix this and rename this ticket "Doesn't matter if you're mri or jvm, samples/blog is at it again. {SOLVED}"

samples/blog.
the only thing that needed to be changed to get it this far was configurations/development.rb's database field.
