Support for Passenger 2.0

It would be great to get a rackup file ready before Phusion releases Passenger 2.0. This might also be the perfect opportunity to clarify/resolve the multi-application scenario.
Example rackup files for contemporary frameworks:

I believe this is solved, right? At least, we can do rackup files now. The problem is that we also need a custom Phusion handler for this to really be helpful, otherwise I think it will be very slow.
