Improved session support

Sessions currently are file-based only and have no built-in "flash" that is automatically cleared for you.

I was never clear on the purpose of the blackboard versus a Rails-ish flash.

Somebody write me up a report on the existing session solutions in Rails, Camping, Merb, Sinatra, IOWA, and CakePHP.

Pre LoneStar would be nice, but I'm not hopeful.

The blackboard is useful across the various objects handling the request. This info is now in 'traits.' It is unrelated to the session or the Rails construct of Flash. Since you can trivially add before methods that match on any request, it isn't really necessary in Waves, though we could add it as a convenience in the Classic Foundation.
