Some helpers are Renderer-specific

lib/helpers/form.rb, at least. Maybe others.
Not sure what the answer to this is. Renderers may eventually be layers, so each layer could roll their own helpers?
That actually may be a good idea, as templating engines have varying areas of strength/weakness.

Helpers that get mixed in by default from Waves core really need to work for all renderers. Accordingly, I'm moving this to the 0.8.0 milestone.
